Our goal is to provide clean, fresh, professionally processed laundry while treating every order with care.

Because laundry materials, fabrics, dyes, and garment conditions vary, customers should understand the following policies.

Washing Process

Laundry is processed using professional wash, dry, and fold procedures.

Customers should provide care instructions whenever special handling is needed.

If instructions are missing, unclear, unsafe, or unavailable, Drop It Like It’s Washed may use standard wash, dry, and fold procedures or decline the item.

Items We Do Not Accept

We do not accept:

Dry-clean-only items

Hazardous materials

Biohazard-contaminated items

Items with chemicals, fuels, or unsafe substances

Pest-infested laundry

Items that may damage equipment or other customer orders

Stains & Odors

While we make every reasonable effort to remove stains and odors, we cannot guarantee removal of:

Set-in stains

Permanent discoloration

Pet stains

Dye transfer

Existing odors

Damage caused by previous washing

A cleaning concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

If approved, our first remedy is a complimentary rewash.

If the issue cannot reasonably be corrected, store credit may be issued based on the affected service amount.

Fabric & Garment Disclaimer

Normal laundering may reveal:

Existing fabric weakness

Shrinkage

Color fading

Loose seams

Worn elastic

Manufacturer defects

Drop It Like It’s Washed is not responsible for damage caused by:

Incorrect care labels

Pre-existing damage

Customer instructions

Items left in pockets

Fragrance & Allergy Notice

Customers may select available detergent and fragrance preferences.

Because our facility processes multiple customer orders, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Customers with severe sensitivities should consider whether shared-equipment processing is appropriate before submitting laundry.

Customer Packaging

Customers should provide appropriate laundry bags or containers unless packaging is provided by Drop It Like It’s Washed.

We may repackage laundry when necessary for:
